Like "Well, once you've got the habit down, it'll get pretty easy. Don't worry, you can still do the chinese buffet (once in a while), you just have to keep yourself in check. i pretty much fill up on hot/sour soup, and a plate of sample sizes of veggies and meats. And that fat juicy double cheeseburger - well, after a while just the sight of it will turn your stomach. You're going to have good and bad days. Don't be too hard on yourself on the bad ones, but after the end of the good ones, make sure you tell yourself "good job" and sleep with a smile on your face knowing you've accomplished something good. Energizes you even more the next morning to do it again!"
