Like "I hope & pray that you find a sponsor! I'm only 2 months in so I'm definitely still learning! What I've found is that if PLAN what I'm eating in advance it makes it easier. I normally take fruit & nuts to wk for b'fast & salad for lunch & at dinner I eat what I want (within reason)!!! I don't deprive myself!! If I want ice cream, I eat no sugar added & I'll eat less for dinner to compensate. Like I said... I'm new, but ive lost 20 lbs in 2 months & my levels are under control! It's HARD as crap some days... I won't lie, but YOU CAN DO THIS!!! You have to find a schedule/regiment that works for you! A sponsor is a great idea, but I think it'd be better for you to just face this thing head on. We all slip up, but remember to always get right bk on track!! I wish you nothing but the best!! Have faith in yourself! Believe me, I didn't think I'd be able to handle/live with this, but never underestimate yourself... You are capable of so much more than you think!! "
