Like "As you look through all of the discussions on this site, you'll see a lot of helpful information on controlling your BS. However, to really do what is best for you, and to have a better chance at accomplishing that control, you really need to have a good relationship with your doctor - preferably an endocrinologist. He's ultimately the only one who can truly give you the information you need to get on track. Each person is different. Armed with the best information from your doctor, then it falls on you to follow orders and do the right things. It's discouraging at times, I know. We all go through that at some time or another. But work with your doctor and read everything you can find regarding diabetes - on the Internet and in books. Good luck! Hope you can get things under control very soon. It's most important to your health - your quality of life in the future."
