Like "Powdered milk contains all 20 amino acids and are high in vitamins and minerals. The cost of powdered milk has risen also, but still less than fresh milk. I understand your concern, but wanted to mention that I am not aware of any reason that diabetics cannot use these products. They are useful and cost effective for recipe substitutions and taste much better than they ever use to. It may be used for homemade yogurt, hot chocolate, whipped topping, bread recipes, cereal and many many other uses. I know there have bee concerns and issues with tainted or contaminated products. However, this is a possibility with other items as well. Much Quality assurance and quality improvement tests are perfomed, so I wouldn't not try the product for this reason."
