Like "I love yoga! I have been doing it a few times a week since some time last year. It does not wear you out, you can be a person who is not used to exercise, and do this. You can increase flexiibility over time. Sometimes I do power yoga, and I love the yoga with my Wii Fit Plus. I like to go to You Tube and type in Denise Austin yoga and do those. There is another really good one that combines yoga and pilates that some of the women here might like, the difference is pilates incorporates some ballet type moves."
