Like "I eat something that is protein or high fiber. It makes you feel full longer. When I was first diagnosed, I was hungry all the time. I ate graham crackers. I also bought the tuscany herb crackers and ate them with cream cheese or I would munch on raw baby carrots sometimes with a sugar free dressing or I would eat raw spinach. I have never been able to eat 3 eggs at one time. I eat them now maybe once or twice a week. I have to work on my cholesterol. I find that if I eat properly, I don't have hunger pains any longer. "
