Like "I know exactly what you mean... Mine seems to be worse right after some kind of exercise or activity and I'm sitting or laying down. All I can do is bounce my legs to make it go away and even then, that doesn't always work. I used to take carbamazepine for my neuropathy pain in my feet and that worked pretty well to take care of the creepy crawlies in my legs too. I've been off the carbamazepine for a while since my feet haven't been too bad, but I'm starting to notice the pain is worse and so are my legs. I've been told that it could be restless leg syndrome, although I've not been officially diagnosed with it yet."
