Like "Wow thats a hard one. Cravings are a pain. I stay away from over process foods, fruits are my friend. If i have any kind of craving i make worth my time, money, and blood sugar! Set your mind to stay away from cheap food. Only have your treats when you go out to a nice place to eat. And the biggest thing you can do is SHARE, always share. Dessert always tastes better with friends and lots of forks. You get your taste and when the rest is eaten by others, you cant get it back! "
