Like "I had that problem all my life. I actually hated Weight Watchers. To me dieting is boring and gets old very fast. So I simply bake, broil or grill everything from bacon, sausage and all my meats. Not much of a fish person. I do not eat any kind of frozen dinners and when fresh veggies are not available in the dead of winter I buy frozen. I try not to eat lunchmeats but sometimes they are good for a sandwich when I am in a hurry. I don't eat a lot of carbs and I walk around the block every day if it isn't real hot, extremely cold or raining or snowing. It isn't easy but I stick with what I am doing and I have lost a lot of weight. Good luck to you. "
