Like "The no excuses exercise program is right on the mark. I started a few years ago walking, walked to the corner and back, then around the block, then two blocks..etc... you get the picture. Now I am a regular at the YMCA and work out either in the pool or on weight machines and treadmill for at least an hour - 5 days a week. Most times it's longer than an hour because I'm addicted to exercise... much better than being addicted to cookies!!!(which I also love LOL) :) "
