Like "I believe this. I want to know how I can eat well without all this HFCS? it is in almost everything. What can I eat? besides, veggies and fruit? I already avoid all the white stuff pretty much, but it is in so many snacks I love, that have a fwe grams of fiber and protein, and are low cal and low fat, and then I see HFCS, I wish I had more snack choices, I do eat yogurt, nuts, and things like that too, but hard pressed where I live to find a really good variety.
