I never snack..never really did most of my life...I eat 3 meals a day, but started adding crackers in between to try to level off my highs and lows more..it's helping. When I was on Metformin, I became borderline anorexic, then it turned out my pancreas rejected the Metformin, so I had to stop taking it. "
