Like "If they were the whole grain Cherrios, that wouldn't be too bad, but things like white breads, pastas, white rice, potatos, most breakfast cereals are things that you'll need to cut or limit. The more protein like fish, eggs, lean meat you can get the better too. Fresh fruits and veggies are good also. We can work on that as you go along.
