My rule of thumb is no single food should contain more than 7 grams of sugar or 7 carbs. That is proabably a drastic cut for you but try making a goal of it (or close). It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. Also, as Tsal­agiL­enap­e wisely stated below, you will need to start a food diary, at least until you can get things under control.
