Like "Do something for yourself for a change. You deserve it. Sit down and make a list of the things that YOU want to do. Even if it's as simple as an uninterrupted bubble bath. Remember you need to be on top of your game to deal with all you have health wise so take care of YOU. I know it's not easy to take the time for yourself but you really should try. You are a funny gal and I hope that you can pull yourself out of your slump. Picture yourself with big ol fireman's boots on and tell yourself you are 'pulling yourself up by the bootstraps' and have a better day tomorrow. Self talk is important and so is self care.
