Like "Hi Barry, I joined the YMCA this year as my Christmas/New Year's gift to myself. I started gradually going a few times a week but now I'm addicted and I go 5 days a week. I take Deep Water Conditioning classes, swim laps, work out on the weight machines (with instruction) and walk the treadmill. I've finally found something that isn't boring!! Something different everyday and I've met some great friends since I started. I've also lost 30 lbs!!! :) I hope everyone is healthy and happy too! *Judy"
