Like "What I am doing this year as I always bring a dish when invited to someone's for the holidays is I am bring a broccoli salad so I know there will be something there I know I can eat. In fact, where I am going this year nearly everyone there is diabetic & I have already been told I am the only person who will bring something healthy that everyone should eat. Always bring a dish big enough for everyone to sample and know you will be able to eat that and just take very small amounts of things maybe not so healthy, but you want to try. The holidays are not easy for us, but we do the best we can and I love the company of people I am so glad to spend sometime with and try to focus on that as much as possible. Thank you and good luck.
