I just joined accepting and trying to improve BS levels is the first step.... it's doable I have diabetes for 15 yrs now,I controlled with diet and excercise for 9 -10 yrs,now am on insulin I would like to say that Yoga excercises and Breathing techniques help me best excercise atleast for me is WALkING esp 30 min after food for 30 min ; dietwise portion control helps me indulge Btw donut shoots up BS Thankyou"
