Like "Seems like you're getting advice from all over the map. It can be frustrating. Do what you feel is right for you, but please speak to your doctors. When I was first diagnosed a couple of months ago, my levels were consistantly in the 300s to 400s. But with time (within a few weeks) and adjustments to my meds I am now leaning towards normal a little more regularly. It is all trial and error but I am certain you will get your levels back under control. :)"
