Like "nzingha: If your body breaks into a sweat shortly after eating it can be one of two things. First it can mean your blood sugar has dropped quite low and you need to get it back up quick, But, more than likely it means your blood sugar has gone way to high and you need insulin to try and get it lower fast. I use a sliding scale, that tells me how much insulin to administer to myself. Either way is VERY DANGEROUS. That's why we plan our meals, try and keep our carbs around 125 to 175.
