Whenever I eat out I just avoid all breads, potatoes and pastas and drink ice water only. When out for pizza focus on the salad rather than the pizza but be careful that the additions to the salad don't negate the healthful aspects of the salad greens. I opt for vinagerette dressings rather than creamy dressings, avoid croutons, and any carb-laden fruits with it. There are other ways but these can get you started."
