Like "Stress is not good. There are a lot of good, positive people in the DC community to help you. There is a lot to learn about diabetes and as you gain knowledge you will become more at ease. It takes time. Also diabetes can be erratic it may spike for no reason or be good when we are bad. Please do not be discouraged by set backs. If you develop a strong program of healthy eating, exercise, testing and consistent use of any meds that are prescribed, you will do well. You may want to see a certified diabetes educator.
