Like "Hello Richard, I have been struggling with munchies also, My Dr. and Dietician suggested that I try the "1" method, they know how hard it is, because they are also diabetics, if your are wanting something to eat, try say little debbie snack cakes, eat 1 wait a few hours to eat another, if you drink sodas, drink 1 then drink water, before you have another.
