Like "A lot does depend on the determination of the patient to be sure. I dropped about 125 points pretty consistently but it took me a long time, as I was doing it with just diet and exercise. I was proud of that drop, but it was not enough and I was put on meds. Those help more, but I still can struggle with my numbers at times. I will say, exercise is her best friend and even a little will help a lot. So keep that up and keep it going. As she starts to have more energy, she will want to exercise more and it is a good cycle to be in. Have patience. It will come down. Some people is it almost immediate, some it is much longer. Everyone is different, but as long as the trend is to go down, then rejoice in that."
