Like "Howdy Sibyl! Without knowing what your diabetes care team has you doing to try to control your diabetes, it would be difficult to suggest what to do. NOT eating the wrong things at night before bed would be a good start. Starting to eat earlier in the day might keep you from getting so ravenous at night that you eat the wrong things (have been there - done that myself). Eating small meals throughout the day I have found was the best way to keep my eating later at night under better control. Praying you get this under control soon."
