Like "Gabby, tofu takes on whatever flavor you put on it... I like to let it sit and drain then crumple,next I mix in a can of drained tuna in water, cut green beans from the end about 2/16" pieces, grated carrots, add finely mince onions, thinly sliced green onions, 3 eggs, salt, pepper... mix all together make patties and fry till browned then turn over and do the same... like you would hamburger. I also make stir frys and add cubed tofu in last cover and heat. It's also good in Miso soup."
