Like "Ive had the good, the bad, and the ugly attitudes when it comes to lows. Mostly, people are helpful and concerned but occasionally someone will avoid me cuz I guess they dont want to get involved, and a couple have treated me like they think my lows could be prevented if I only "took better care of myself". After 31 years, my brain no longer sounds the alarm that Im bottoming out-and it happens rapidly. And they dont understand that its not just an interplay of food and insulin; its so much more, including stress, physical exertion, my period, emotions, illness, how much sleep I get, etc. I thank God for putting a lot of angels in my path when Ive had lows-I pray His grace and mercy are always with me!"
