Like "LOL...I ate a three musketeer yesterday, but my bs was still normal. I will work my cravings into my meal plan and exercise as well. Every month I crave for chocolate or some kind of bad carb (comfort food). I make sure I count the carbs to adjust my insulin, but I also exercise 4 to 5 times a week. My nutritionist says just as long as I don't over do it and keep it in moderation, I will be fine."
