Like "Besides my doctor I am under the care of a diabetes nurse and she has educated me a great deal on this. You must consume 15 to 25 grams of carbs every 3 to 4 hrs. You need to read labels to know how many carbs are in what you are eating. If you take the diabetes class they will give you a list of foods that have that many grams of carbs.
