Like "Hi! You really did answer your own question, didn't you :) Try this idea-take a piece of paper and make 2 columns-one for Pros and one for Cons. Then list each Pro that you have for being on the Vegan diet, like the weight loss, feeling good, etc. On the Con side, list everything that would happen if you were not on the Vegan diet, the cravings, and anything else that you can think of thats bad if you were to stop. Once you see each side, you will realize how much good you are doing yourself and you will be able to feel good about yourself and continue to fight the cravings. I, for one, am proud of you for sticking to your guns and maintaining this, and I'm rooting for you to continue!"
