Not that i ate a lot in the begining is just that i hate eating small meals through out the day and when i don't eat like that my sugar gets high and i feel so hungry if i eat a salad within two hours it drops so low like maybe 100 and i feel so jittery, what does that mean? im comfussed and my doctor can even explain it but i decided to do something different for one week i ate three meals totaling 1,800 calores exercised and didnt take my medicine and you know what? it worked. maybe i should listen to my body. the only medicine i take I Glipizied 10x twice a day and metforman 1,000 mg do you think i made the wrong choice?"
