This is a normal reaction to eating. You would really benefit from testing a few times a day, and writting down your BG, what you ate, how much, how you're feeling, what's going on in your life, and if you exercise. Soon you will have a good idea of what foods cause a spike, or if exercise takes it up or down, how your body reacted to stress. But, it's a learning process. "
