Like "I believe writing them down makes a huge difference and they should be kept in a place where you see them everyday. I use to make unrealistic goals for myself with everything and would be overwhelmed before i even started. For instance, when I joined the gym i wanted to go five times a week, well I wrote Once a week on my goal list, that was more than I was doing and if I went more then I was accomplishing my goal and then some. I have learned a lot about goals and lists and writing them down is a big help."
