Like "I feel that it is up to the person. Some people can control their sugars one way and others another way. Every body is different. What works for one person might not work for another. You have to find what works for you. I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my sugars stay between 110 to 250. I try to eat what they tell you to but now a days who can afford what they want you to eat. I have found that cinnamon lowers my sugar. Try putting a little of it in your tea or on toast it really works. Salt has no effect on my sugar I never did eat very much of it and I stay away from real sugar. You need to find out what your body will handle to keep your sugars low. My problem is at night we eat dinner way to late and by the time we eat I am so hungry I could eat a cow by myself. Then we go to bed. Bad thing to do."
