Like "Howdy Helen! If you tried what Runthe & Harlen suggests and you still have trouble with your blood being just a bit too thick I used to have that problem from time to time, and I had trouble getting Jem's sometimes too. It is possible that your blood may be thicker than normal, as PWDs often have thicker blood. My Dr told me that was a factor in having the TIAs I have had over the years. I have been put on Aggrenox (expensive) to thin my blood. Jem had been on coumadin/warfarin. It might be worth mentioning to your DM care team that you are experiencing that. They may suggest you go on a baby asprin, or prescribe a blood thinner of some kind. Blessings to you and Yours James Baker "
