Like "Well I am finding more and more I am liking the low carb and healthier foods. I use to be one that had to have cheese on broccoli and cauliflower, but now I steam it and put either lemon pepper on it or actually lemon juice. I like it better. I also used to put a ton of butter on brussels sprouts now I roast them with a little olive oil and garlic and they are delicious. So you learn to adapt and find what works and taste good to you. I use to think brown rice and whole wheat pasta was the "devils" food. LOL but I use the whole wheat pasta now and am beginning to enjoy the brown rice. I also use spaghetti squash instead of pasta. So experiment you may find you can re-learn the "good" food."
