Like "I wish I could eat ice cream! I have discovered that if I eat the very minimum amount of carbs and stay away from sugar, bread and pasta I feel better. It is hard to do. With the hypoglycemia it is more of a "how do you feel?" thing. I only know the numbers because I was curious and bought my own meter. I have noticed that sometimes when it spikes I get a little jittery and others I get really really sleepy. But when it drops... I see spots and flashes of light and then I get shakey and dizzy."
