Like "I have found that the Greek Yogurts work very well for me. They have less sugar, more protein and I eat the 0% fat ones. They are very rich and I find them much more satisfying. I have not done it yet, but I was going to get plain and make my own flavors with fresh fruits. What might have been more of the issue was the cereal than the yogurt. Have you done an isolated test with the yogurt? That is how I test new foods."
