Like "I think I have accomplished my set of goals I set when I was diagnosed Type 2 over 4 years ago. Get off medication(actos and metformin .....took two years. Done. Get A1C down to a normal level......took 1 year, last one was 5.5. Done! Lose weight. Started 4 years ago at 261 lbs and am currently at 199 lbs. and have maintained this weight for the last 3 years. Done! I made myself a list in the beginning; and I am one of those people who just thrive on checking things off a list."
