Like "I have had gas and diaharrea (aka "hershey squirts") if I have more that 2 - 8 oz soda cans sweetened with it. With me it seems OK if I limit myself to 1 can of soda with it, don't seem to have a problem at that level. But I avoid Splenda completely. I no longer drink sodas (sugared or sugar free) and use the sweet n low (the pink packets) in my iced tea, with which I have never had a problem with that at all. "
