Like "Dont worry I felt the sameway when I started to exercise and changed my diet too. It felt like I had made no head way. But from the time I was diagnosed to my first return visit to the doctors, I felt as though I had not loss a pound. But when I got onto the scale and was told I had actually loss 13lbs and didn't know it, well that was my beginning. I can tell now with all the hard work of fitting in exercise and good nutrition that Im on the right track. Im still loosing but most of all I feel good now health wise. So don't worrie too much cause once you start loosing its no turning back, you'll be so happy. So please keep up the good work of exercising and eating right, and soon it will happen."
