Like "I snack on cheerios, eat cheerios for breafast often, sometimes eat oatmeal for b'fast, I like tuna so I need to eat more of that, don't care for salmon unfortunately, I do eat almonds most days, about a handful and I try to eat other nuts too. I could try the resveratrol but will wait and see what my numbers are. I am overdue for finding that out. Will have to try the dark chocolate too. The Doctors and Dr. Oz all say that all of these things are the things to try. Thanks!"
