Like "I would eat a breakfast (2 eggs, 1 piece bacon or small bowl of oatmeal) snack 1/4 cup nuts or a piece of fruit, Lunch (Tuna Salad in a lettuce wrap) Snack (protien shake, or piece of fruit) Dinner (Protien: chicken, fish,etc. veggie, glass of red wine) Snack (cup of SF dark chocolate pudding or a small bowl of carbsmart ice cream). So thats 6 times, small portions. I've gone from 285 pounds to 210 in the past year. my BG numbers are 90-103 morning less than 125 during the day. A1C 5.4 so I'm doing pretty well on this regiment. That was just an example of what I might have in a day. YMMV..... "
