Like "the diabetes educator told me that my LDL and HDL still needed some improvement, so that is why I think I do. But I am happy with those numbers. They are a good improvement over what they were at diagnosis. Thanks Betty, I already eat a handful or two of nuts per day, mostly almonds, and I eat tuna regularly, but don't like salmon. I will try the dark chocolate, but I know I have to be careful about the amount of it. I do eat cheerios quite a bit. I also eat oatmeal often for breakfast, or just plain old cheerios. I also eat multi-grain cheerios regularly. Don't like avocados. Gee I wish I did. Thanks!! I appreciate the responses."
