Like "I also eat smaller meals more frequently. Eat what you like... just watch your portions. Eating 5x a day isn't a bad thing unless you are showing up at your local buffet five times a day. I usually portion out my calories to eat 5-6 times a day ... breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and maybe a later night snack. Your meal plan needs to be balanced but not so focused that you eat things you hate or starve yourself.
