Click on the link below. http://kirla.wordpress.com/this-is-what-i-did/ I started by cutting down on most starchy carbs and started to drink lots of water and to eat a salad everyday and lots of low carb vegetables like cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower and most green vegetables.
