A3DUCKLING'S LOW CARB WAFFLES

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups whey protein Isolate — vanilla

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp splenda — or 2pkts

Directions
  1. Mix together and pour 3/4 cup on hot waffle iron and cook 3 to 4 min just toasted with butter

I make large batches and freeze them, never tried them as pancakes but they freeze great they are very light too.
