Ingredients
  • 8 Large unpeeled potatoes

  • 2 Tbsp. light butter

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
  1. Cook the potatoes in a large pot, until slightly tender. Remove, drain water, and dice potatoes into cubes. In a large skillet, heat the butter, then saute the onion and green onions. Add the potatoes to the skillet. Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
