Seafood Spread

Ingredients
  • Makes 24 Servings

  • 8 oz low fat cream cheese , softened to room temperature

  • 2 tbsp chili sauce (or cocktail sauce)

  • 1 cup Crab, blue, steamed, flaked pieces (or cooked shrimp)

  • 3 tbsp scallions, chopped , finely chopped

Directions
  1. Beat the cream cheese and chili sauce until smooth in a medium-sized bowl with an electric mixer.

  2. Stir in the crabmeat or shrimp.

  3. Spread the mixture into a 2-cup serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Sprinkle with scallions just before serving.
