Makes 24 Servings
8 oz low fat cream cheese , softened to room temperature
2 tbsp chili sauce (or cocktail sauce)
1 cup Crab, blue, steamed, flaked pieces (or cooked shrimp)
3 tbsp scallions, chopped , finely chopped
Beat the cream cheese and chili sauce until smooth in a medium-sized bowl with an electric mixer.
Stir in the crabmeat or shrimp.
Spread the mixture into a 2-cup serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle with scallions just before serving.
