Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 1 small head of cauliflower

  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 large cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 T toasted sesame seeds

Directions
  1. Trim cauliflower and break into flowerets

  2. Drop into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes, Drain thoroughly

  3. Heat oil and toast garlic in a large non-stick skillet

  4. Add cauliflower and sesame seeds, saute for 1 minute

  5. Dust with pepper before serving if desired
